Interest plays the most important role in the studying.As a part of the human nature science,physics history will arouse students’ interest for learning,if it is combined to the course.At the same time,students will also have a new understanding for the abstract and boring physical concept,so that they could master and apply physical professional knowledge deeply.While on a deeper level,learning physics history also make students establish their own dream and learn how to make a contribution to society.What’s more,learning physics history is beneficial to foster students’ good emotion,attitude and value.By learning it,students’ scientific quality,ideological and moral quality and cultural quality will all be improved significantly.Humanistic spirit,humanitic education,humanistic care are the most important part of humanistic value.By analyzing the requirement of age for cultivating talents and the present situation that humanistic spirit education is not enough in current physical education,and combining the concept of the new curriculum standard,this paper reveal that it is necessary to apply physics history to humanistic education in the middle school physics teaching.The paper also discusses the theoretical basis by which physics history is applied to humanistic education.Combined with the requirements of quality-oriented education, try to put the physics history into the process of teaching and learning, so as to solve the problem of "quality-oriented education" and "humanistic education", which is just a slogan that has not been implemented.
