In recent years,with the rapid economic development and the acceleration of urbanization,more and more land was requisitioned,the farmers losing land to rely on to survive,to form a between farmers and urban residents of marginal groups,called the land-lost farmers due to lower cultural quality of farmers obsolete ideology factors such as lack of work skills,lead to a lot of land-losing farmers failed to re-employment of land-losing farmers become China's most vulnerable groups,facing the employment pressure to survive,they felt so confused let the expansion of the vulnerable group,and inevitably lead to social contradictions increasingly prominent.The difficulty of employment of land-lost farmers has become a major issue concerning economic development and social stability.Only promoting the employment of land-lost farmers is the key to solve the problem of land-lost farmers.To solve and improve the problem of reemployment of land-lost farmers is a practical action to build a well-off society in an all-round way and an urgent need for the healthy development of urbanization and the construction of a harmonious society.On the basis of defining the two basic concepts of reemployment of land-lost farmers and expounding relevant theories,this paper conducts a field investigation and analysis on several rural communities with a large number of land-lost farmers in Wangjia Street of Hunnan District,this paper studies the reemployment situation of land-lost farmers in Wangjia Street of Hunnan District,analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors of the employment of land-lost farmers,studies effective measures to solve the problem of land-lost farmers' employment based on the regional reality,and promotes social harmony and stability.The study found that most of the landless farmers had more concerns about reemployment,less satisfaction with re-employment,less willingness to re-employment,less stability of re-employment,more narrow channels for seeking employment and less guarantee of re-employment.According to the problems in the process of reemployment,there are four main influencing factors in the process of employment,which are the farmers themselves,market,policy and system,and training.Through improving the quality of land-lost farmers,perfecting the training system,laying a solid foundation of reemployment guarantee,improving the compensation standard for land expropriation,paying attention to supporting and guiding entrepreneurship,and expanding the export channels of labor services,etc.,the re-employment of land-lost farmers can be effectively solved.
