With the continuous development of China's economy and the impact of the wave of modernization,People pay less and less attention to the national traditional culture,and it is facing unprecedented challenges.Protecting and inheriting national culture has become one of the important missions of China's education in the new era.Therefore,the state has formulated the policy of National Culture into the campus,which takes the school as the main position,takes the national traditional excellent culture as the main content,and integrates the national culture into the process of school education throughout.This is a new channel and a new way to protect and inherit China's excellent national culture.This paper is based on the multi-cultural integration of education and Taylor's curriculum theory.the form of questionnaires and interviews as the primary research method to collect first-hand materials,and take the policy of the national culture on campus as the research theme of this paper,Through the concrete implementations of ethnic school in Enshi as the breakthrough point,.From the perspective of education policy text,analysis the basic situation of national schools,the problems in the activities,the different views of policy subject,and analysis the different aspects of the policy goal in the process of execution.In this paper,I have analyzed the problems in the process of specific implementation,the limitations of the social conditions,the residents' perceptions of policy implementation and the result,finally put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions,so as to provide the advices for all nationalities in enshi school better implementation of the national culture into the campus policy,given the experience and actual case for other ethnic areas,rich education system for the nationality.Since enshi prefecture has implemented the education policy of ethnic culture on campus in 2001,the state and Hubei provincial government have given great support in policy funds and other aspects.However,according to the survey sample,the ethnic schools in enshi prefecture are not deep and comprehensive in the specific process of carrying out ethnic cultural activities,and there are some problems in teaching content and teaching methods.Many schools are just lively on the surface,but lack of continuous ethnic cultural education activities.First of all,this paper summarizes the problems in the development of ethnic cultural activities in ethnic schools,which are embodied in the following aspects:(1)The teaching resources are not explored deeply and the teaching contents are not rich;(2)Teachers are weak,the number of teachers and the professional quality of teachers can not meet the development of national cultural education activities;(3)The monotonous teaching forms make students lack the enthusiasm.However,how to carry out continuous ethnic cultural activities and how to improve the teaching quality in ethnic schools are urgent problems of the activities.Secondly,it analyzes the reasons for these problems existing in national culture:(1)Lacking of adequate theoretical research;(2)The teaching management is not in place;(3)The course evaluation mechanism is not perfect;(4)The school lacks effective publicity and has not received active support from parents and the community and so on.Finally,some Suggestions are provided for reference:(1)Strengthen the theoretical study of national culture to enrich the content of cultural education activities;(2)Various forms of teaching should be adopted to enhance the students' interest in learning national culture and improve the quality of activities;(3)Overall planning of the construction of teachers,in quantity and quality to meet the needs of school ethnic cultural activities curriculum;(4)Establishing the perfect evaluation mechanism of national culture teaching and Strengthening the school teaching management to increase enthusiasm of teachers;(5)strengthening the awareness of national culture and resist unhealthy social mores and so on.Through these countermeasures and Suggestions,we hope to improve the teaching quality of national cultural activities in primary and secondary schools of all nationalities,so as to protect and inherit China's excellent national culture.
