In 2017,Chinese mobile game market reached 148.9 billion yuan,up 45.6 percent year-on-year.The mobile game market as a whole is on the rise.From the outbreak of IP concept in 2014 to the launch of Onmyoji in 2016,Onmyoji quickly became a phenomenal role-playing mobile game with its exquisite production and brand new theme,and maintained a long vitality.The launch of this game,combined with the IP economy,has made a great contribution to the development of Chinese role-playing mobile games.It not only demonstrates the current market of role-playing mobile games,but also promotes the development of the market.Compared with other types of games,role-playing games carry more Chinese culture in the development of the game industry chain and have more Chinese cultural connotations.Based on this,it is of great significance to study the development of the industry chain of Chinese role-playing mobile games from the perspective of the industry chain.In addition,although the industry chain of role-playing mobile games in China is well developed,the connection between the participants in the vertical relationship is not smooth,and each participant has problems.The research on the vertical relationship of Chinese role-playing mobile game industry chain is conducive to improving the market competitiveness of each participant,achieving higher market returns and helping Chinese role-playing mobile game market to produce more high-quality products.The industry chain of role-playing mobile games involves multiple participants,such as research and development,providers,publishers and distributors.The development of the industry and the improvement of the overall ability need the cooperation among all participants.In order to study the role-playing mobile games,this article based on the analysis of the framework of industrial chain,will use “Onmyoji” as a case,using the theory of industrial chain longitudinal relation,industrial chain longitudinal relations role playing games in China,including industrial chain longitudinal relations involved in the main body,the main vertical relationship types,vertical integration,etc.The article is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction.Chapter two analyzes the evolution and status quo of the vertical relationship of Chinese role-playing mobile game industry chain and elaborates and analyzes the historical development and status quo of the overall relationship of Chinese role-playing mobile game industry chain.And analyzes the characteristics of the vertical relationship of Chinese role-playing mobile game industry chain.The third chapter analyzes the formation of vertical relationship of Chinese role-playing mobile game industry chain.First analysis of the role-playing mobile games industry chain in the main body,including the literature/film and TV institutions,game development quotient,game publishers,distributors,developers game transaction mode,vertical integration mode and quasi-market mode,have developed relatively well.However,on the whole,since netease and tencent,two giants,still occupy most of the market resources,small and medium-sized enterprises need to improve their ability to produce high-quality games and reach a closer cooperative relationship to occupy a place in the fierce market competition.
