Purposes: Heart rate as the commonly used indicators of monitoring exercise training,sports workers use, widely used by many academics and sports workers into practice Someacademics and sports workers are commonly used the average heart rate monitoring exerciseintensity during exercise. The highest exercise heart rate response to the stimulus ofmovement and foreign load on the heart.The application rate is the most widely usedindicators of heart rate immediately after exercise heart rate. Heart rate is a volatile indicator,and it has volatility, it fluctuates up and down with a certain value. Therefore, applying toexercise training is limited.In this paper, the heart rate integral is to be verified the stabilitywith the experimental method, proposed a more accurate indicator in the period of exercisetraining monitoring.Subjects and Methods: Recruiting24Volunteers who are major in Physical Education ofHebei Normal Institute volunteering to participate in the experiment. The experiment wasdivided into two parts, the first part is pre-experiment aim to divided the subjects into twoworkload group. The second part is a formal test of exercise3times, the first campaign for theadaptive sports, the second and third campaign for the formal experiment. The subjects undera movement with5lever/time. The subjects have sufficient rest and then under the next load.The subjects participated in packet record demographic information, including age, height,weight and body composition. When conducting formal tests, they are recorded in the officialtest after a quiet heart rate and blood pressure, the rating of perceived exertion as well as therunning distance and time, etc., use Finland remote POLAR heart rate table to record all theheart rate of the whole process of movements (5s).The method used in this paper includeliterature, experimental method and mathematical statistics method. Twice before and afterthe subjects’ heart rate indexes and RPE data are analysed with correlation to determine thestability of the indicators.Results: Based on participants’ movement in the average heart rate, the highest after10s heart rate, heart rate, heart rate, and the end of the integral and analyses related subjective physical sensation after exercise, the first and the second correlation coefficient were0.936,0.906,0.827,0.960and0.865(P<0.05), showing the heart rate integral correlationcoefficient is higher than other indicators, and has the high relevance, namely the heart rate ofintegral stability was better.The correlation coefficient of average heart rate and heart rate integral is0.978,correlation between heart rate and average heart rate had a higher integral.Conclusions:In the whole movement, the heart rate integral has the highest correlationcoefficient, and heart rate of integral stability was higher than other indicators. Correlationbetween the average heart rate integral and sports have higher.
