Research On The Effectiveness Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Developing Students' Innovative Spirit And Entrepreneurial Ability

Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities(hereinafter referred to as "mass entrepreneurship education")is a necessary measure for China's higher education to adapt to the major strategy of developing innovative economy and building an innovative country.In the past two decades,the state,society and schools have invested a lot of human,material and financial resources to promote the rapid development of entrepreneurship and innovation education.While vigorously promoting the development,there is a lack of reflection on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship and innovation education.Students are the participants and beneficiaries of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education,and their development is an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education.Therefore,this study investigates and reflects the impact of entrepreneurship and innovation education on students' development from two aspects of students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,in an attempt to find out the most effective form of entrepreneurship and innovation education.On the basis of sorting out the concepts and theories related to entrepreneurship and innovation education,innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,this study takes Tianjin university students as the research object,uses the questionnaire survey method to investigate the university entrepreneurship and innovation education and students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,and discusses the relationship between them.The results showed that:1.At present,the development level of college students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability is average.2.There are significant differences in the innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability of college students in terms of gender,grade,college and whether they have close relatives to start businesses.3.Mass entrepreneurship and innovation education can effectively promote the development of students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.The innovation spirit and entrepreneurial ability of students who often participate in mass entrepreneurship education are much higher than those who occasionally participate and far higher than those who do not participate.4.Students who are highly satisfied with the theoretical teaching and practicalactivities of mass innovation and innovation education and have a strong sense of harvest also have a high level of innovation spirit and entrepreneurial ability.5.Theoretical teaching,practical activities and professional teaching integrated with mass innovation and innovation education have different contributions to the cultivation of students' innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability.Practical activities are the biggest,followed by theoretical courses.According to the above results,this paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon and puts forward three suggestions for the mass innovation and innovation education in colleges and universities.First,it is necessary to improve the quality of mass innovation and innovation education and attract students to actively participate in it.Second,pay attention to the combination of theoretical curriculum education and practical activity education;Third,strengthen the integration of professional education and entrepreneurship education,encourage teachers of specialized courses to participate in entrepreneurship education,so as to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.
