A Research On The Collective Concept Of Sukhomlinskii's Rural Teachers

In recent years,the rural education development of our country lags behind,and the gap with the urban education is bigger and bigger.In fact,the fundamental reason is that there is no stable and high-quality teachers in rural schools.The problem of rural teachers has become the bottleneck restricting the reform of rural education,and it is the most difficult part of the whole education system to break through and reform.Back in the 1950 s and 1960 s,Sukhomlinskii and his teachers were able to turn an ordinary rural school like Pavlysh into a holy place for education.This collective of teachers has undoubtedly set a banner for us.So why can Sukhomlinskii make an ordinary rural middle school like Pavlysh a holy place for the educational circles? How did Pavlysh's collective of teachers come into being? Can their successful experiences be replicated? Wait.With these questions,I went back to Sukhomlinskii from the perspective of research.I hope to find the answer from the source of his life and the process of his life,and from the historical process of restoring the collective formation of Pavlysh eachers.It is hoped that in the process of the most original incident,some common things of the collective formation of teachers can be abstracted,and some feasible suggestions for the development of rural schools in China can be provided.This article is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction.The second part explores the origin of collective view of rural teachers from his life experience and the background of his times.The third part highly summarizes the main contents of Sukhomlinskii's collective view of rural teachers.The fourth part mainly from the process of restoring the formation of Pavlysh teachers' collective to see the mystery of the formation of Pavlysh teachers' collective.The fifth part is the enlightenment to the collective establishment of rural teachers in China.
