Sukhomlinskii is one of the greatest educationalists whose educational ethics thought theory is solid and precise. The expandable study of his theory is highly essential for developing an appropriate educational ethics thought theory of modern society.Sukhomlinskii spent his whole life on the study of educational practices and theory. His educate ethics thought not only contains other famous prime thoughts, but also intense sentiments of life, it is the painstaking efforts and wisdom of the staffs of Pavlysh School. This paper will conduct with an in-depth study of Sukhomlinskii's educational thought from an ethics point of view, and try to discover the ethics spirit behind it. There are three key aspects of Sukhomlinskii educate ethics thought need to be understand. Firstly, the basic principle of Sukhomlinskii's educational thought is"ethical education", it should be insisted on the educational principle of humanitarian. Secondly, there is"ethics and education". To be capable of students'spiritual life model, teachers should have strong-mindedness, excellent professional knowledge, and professional ethics; it is the goal which Sukhomlinskii wanted to achieve in his educational activities as well. The final one is"educational ethics". It points out the ultimate aim is to achieve round development, harmonious development and personality development. After summing up Sukhomlinskii's educational ethics thought which combined with today's educational status, there are some significance; the lesson for educational administration, improve the virtue of educators and educate, enrich the methods for moral education. In conclusion, Sukhomlinskii's educational ethics thought is a valuable inheritance of culture and education.
