Research On The Application Of Auxiliary Exerciser In Badminton Basic Teaching

Badminton,as a widely developed and popular sport in the world,has a very broad mass base in China and a physical education course set up in many schools.However,badminton is also a sport that requires high skills.Badminton has many characteristics,such as complex movements,flexible movements,high technical requirements,and so on.Reaction speed,sensitivity,flexibility,physical strength,physical coordination ability and other comprehensive physical qualities have higher requirements,coupled with venues,class hours and other factors,so in badminton basic teaching,students' learning and mastery situation is not ideal.In this paper,the assistant exerciser is used to practice the factors affecting students' hitting: hitting point,hitting position,hitting power,etc.Through one semester's teaching experiment,the final research results show that the grip racket swing stick,resistance racket set and batting point exerciser can effectively improve the students' learning efficiency and the mastery level of technical ability and teaching efficiency in the process of basic badminton teaching,aiming at several factors affecting the students' batting ability.This shows that assistant exerciser can effectively improve the students' learning efficiency and teaching efficiency in basic badminton teaching.It has played a very significant teaching effect.In the current badminton teaching design,teachers have certain limitations in explaining the important and difficult points and teaching methods used in the teaching process.Teachers mostly use teaching methods such as explanation,demonstration,group practice and error correction,which makes students lack intuitive experience of technical movements.Most of the students in basic teaching are children and adolescents.At this stage,students are abstract and correct.Logical thinking ability is weak,and more intuitive teaching methods are needed.The assistant exerciser is simple to make,easy to carry,and occupies less space.It can also make students understand the main points of motor skills more intuitively,and fully improve the teaching quality and efficiency.
