Research objective: this study took badminton beginners as the research object, used the theory of bilateral transfer to guide the learning of basic skills of badminton, and observed whether the participation of non-dominant hand and dominant hand in the training at the same time had a promoting effect on various technical movements of badminton.Research methods: this study selected first-year postgraduate students of xi 'an institute of physical education as the main research object. The teaching of basic badminton batting skills in the experimental group was mainly carried out by using the method of both hands participating in the training in the theory of bilateral sex transfer, while the traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group. The training in both groups lasted for 8 weeks. After the experiment, the basic batting ability of badminton was judged by counting the number of balls returned by the subjects to the specified area,so as to reflect the mastering situation of basic batting skills of badminton. Results: compared with before the experiment, all indexes of basic badminton batting ability in the control group were significantly improved after the experiment(P<0.01),and all indexes of basic badminton batting ability in the experimental group were significantly improved before and after the experiment(P<0.01).After the experiment, all indexes of basic hitting ability of badminton in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.After using both hands to participate in the badminton batting skill training, the serving, picking and high ball skills of the experimental group were improved by a higher margin than those of the control group.2.After using both hands to participate in the badminton batting skill training, the improvement range of backhand serve and backhand pick in the experimental group was greater than that of forehand serve and pick.3.After taking part in the badminton batting skill training with both hands, the technical improvement range of forehand hitting high ball is higher than that of serving and picking.
