1.Research purposesA large number of studies have shown that motor development in early childhood can not only help their intelligence,psychology,emotion and social adaptation,but also lay a good foundation for future motor learning.3-6 years old is the key period for the development of children's movements.Compared with the development of fine movements,psychology and intelligence,the development of gross movements is more important.However,at present,the development of gross movements is not regarded as the focus of teaching in our country's infant physical education teaching,which affects the development of infant's whole physical quality to a great extent.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between gross motor development and physical fitness level by observing the influence of gross motor intervention on children's physical fitness,so as to provide a basis for enriching the evaluation system of children's physical fitness and improving the content of physical education for children in China.2.Research methodsTaking the influence of gross motor training on gross motor development and physical fitness of children aged 5-6 as the research object,60 children aged 5-6 in Shuping kindergarten,Zhenping County,Shaanxi Province,as subjects(divided into experimental group and control group,30 in each group),using traditional games and gross motor training as intervention methods,using gross motor development indicators in TMG-2 and National Physical Fitness Test(infants).Part)The physical fitness is the effect index,and its gross movement development and physical fitness status are investigated.The data were processed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.3.Research results(1)At present,among the 12 gross movements,the displacement part scored higher than the object control part;the development of the best sideslip step was followed by one-foot jump and running,while the development of the standing long jump,forward jump,forward slip,in-situ racket,kick,two-handed catching,hitting fixed ball,overhand throw,ground roll and other gross movements was relatively slow.The average score was low.In terms of physical fitness,according to the rating standards stipulated in the National Physical Fitness Measurement Standard(the infant part),most of the physical fitness is in the third level(qualified),which is manifested by insufficient upper and lower limb strength,poor explosive force,poor coordination and insufficient balance ability.The average scores of 10-meter turn-back running,standing long jump,double foot continuous jump and tennis throw are all about 2 points.The average score of walking the balance beam is only 1.95,showing a lower level.By contrast,the students' flexibility quality is relatively good,and the average score is about 3 points.(2)Compared with before the experiment,there were no significant changes in the gross movements of standing long jump,forward sliding step,side sliding step,in-situ racket,kicking ball,hitting fixed ball,overhand throw and ground roll in the control group after the experiment(P > 0.05).This indicated that the effect of game intervention on promoting these gross movements was not obvious,but the scores of running,one-foot jump,forward stride jump and two-handed catch increased significantly after the experiment(P < 0.05).05),indicating that the game has a certain role in promoting the development of these gross movements.Compared with the control group,the scores of 12 gross movements in the experimental group increased significantly(p < 0.05)except for the side slip step,which indicated that gross movement intervention had a more significant effect on the development of gross movements than traditional game exercises.(3)Game intervention and gross movement exercise intervention have significant effects on physical fitness indicators of children,such as 10-meter turn-back running,standing long jump,tennis throw,double foot continuous jump and walking balance beam,and the score of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group(p < 0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the experimental groupand the control group(P > 0.05)in the results of sitting forward bending(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05).4.Research conclusions(1)At present,the level of gross motor development of children in experimental sample schools is low,especially the development of object control system is more backward.(2)Before the experiment in the sample school,most of the children's physical fitness was in the third level(qualified),and there was a certain distance from the first level(good)and the second level(excellent),reflecting the poor development of children's running ability,explosive force,explosive force and coordination ability.(3)Both gross motion training and traditional game intervention can effectively promote the development of children's gross motion,especially the score of object control part is significantly improved,but gross motion training is better than traditional game intervention.(4)Gross motion training and traditional game intervention have significant effects on improving children's physical fitness,such as coordination,balance,explosive force,strength and speed,and gross motion training is better than traditional game intervention,but the two intervention methods have no obvious impact on the improvement of flexibility.
