In recent years,China's preschool education has paid more and more attention to the individual development of children and their health.Children's physical health is closely related to their motor development.Level can affect the physique level of action, action, the better the development of can improve children's physical health, drive their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of sports activities, and a long-term effective intervention and scientific guidance,to the children in the future and even the development of life movement and physical activity participation plays a decisive role. The gross muscle group development test(tgmd-3),as a tool to evaluate the gross motor development of children aged 3-10 years, can help teachers provide relevant information for intuitive teaching and make feasible plans for motor skills development. The key period of motor sensation and motor development of human body is the stage of 3-6 years old children, and this stage is also the sensitive period of gross motor development. At this time, children are in the development stage of rapid growth of the human body,in this stage, some of the basic body shape and strength and other qualities of children have been rapidly developed, early physiological changes for the future development of all aspects of motor skills to provide a good physiological basis. If gross motor development defects are not detected and corrected, children may have long-term problems and effects on motor skills. Therefore,we should give timely and effective guidance and training to children in this critical period,so as to avoid the adverse effects caused by the deficiency of children's motor ability and motor development. At present, most of the kindergartens in China have very few curriculum Settings for children's rough movements, and the movement development course is an indispensable course for children's physical education and health education. In China, there are few studies on the combination of physical quality of children from the perspective of motor development, which stimulates the research on the influence of gross motor development on physical quality of children aged 3-6 years. This article USES the literature material method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics research methods, with gross motor development test scale(TGMD-3)ten three content as experiment teaching content,to kaifeng small harvard 112 3-6 years old children in the kindergarten for 12 weeks experimental intervention, according to the national physique monitoring standard "(children)to intervene before and after the test, the test data of the following:(1)through the statistical analysis to the experimental group and control group kindergarten 3-6 years old children before and after the experiment of comparison and analysis,to determine gross movements after the intervention effects on children's physical.(2)by comparing the level differences before and after the experiment between the experimental group and the control group of children in the small, middle and large classes of kindergarten, the author analyzed the different effects of the intervention of rough movements on the physical quality of children in different grades.(3)to analyze the effects and influences of rough movements on different aspects of children's physical quality of each test item in the kindergarten.(4)Discuss the development of gross movement of children aged 3-6 from the perspective of teaching,so as to provide certain reference and reference for children's physical education. The following conclusions are drawn through the analysis :(1)except for the forward bend of the sitting body, the development of rough movement and daily physical education or outdoor sports activities have certain effects on the physical quality of children aged 3-6 years, but the influence of rough movement development is more significant(P < 0.05).(2)the development of rough movements has a good promoting effect on the strength, coordination, explosive power, sensitivity and balance of the upper limbs, waist and abdomen of 3-6 children.(3)children at the age of 3-4 years old have the best flexibility and the largest room for improvement, but the development of rough movements cannot effectively improve children's flexibility.(4)Rough movement development is good for improving the balance ability of 3-4 years old.The average time of walking the balance beam decreases with age.(5)rough movement practice can be used as a teaching method, which is conducive to improving teachers' understanding of the concept of rough movement of preschool children and improving teachers' professional development in the field of child health.Carry on the scientific rough movement practice, can promote the child normal development, enhance the child's physical quality development level, better adapt to the society.(6)it is suggested to take rough movements as a means of motor skills practice in physical education in kindergarten to enrich children's outdoor sports activities and provide children with a variety of learning opportunities; We should strengthen the introduction of teachers and the degree of training, scientifically and effectively implement the rough movement development course teaching for 3-6 year old children, provide targeted support for eagle frame, and promote the development level of children's physical quality. From the school, the family and the community, especially the parents in this aspect of the child to give training and attention,to create a good family atmosphere for the child; We should strengthen the attention paid by kindergarten directors and teachers to the development of children's gross movements, optimize the content of children's activities from a scientific perspective, and provide children with time, activity places and sports equipment.
