Preschool education stage is the basic stage of education.With the rapid development of social economy,the attention of the state,society and family to education has been greatly enhanced,which poses more challenges to preschool education.Early childhood is an important period for the development of children's physical,intellectual and social adaptability,especially in the learning of large muscle movements.If there is no scientific and normative training in this critical period and the gross motor development defects are not recognized and corrected,children may experience lifelong motor skills problems.In this study,the gross motor development scale for children is used as a test scale to design and implement physical training suitable for the development of children aged 5-6.The purpose of this study is to enhance the physical fitness of children,promote their all-round development of physical fitness,and provide practical guidance for the reform of physical activity teaching in large classes.In this study,literature review and interview were used to understand the development of children's motor ability and related physical fitness knowledge;42 children aged 5-6 in two large classes of a public kindergarten in Donggang District of Rizhao City were tested for physical fitness intervention by experimental and mathematical statistics methods;before and after intervention,the scale of children's gross motor development was used to measure the gross motor development of the children tested.Motion development is tested and counted.Result:1.Before intervention,there was no significant difference in gross motor development test scores between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).After physical activity intervention,the gross motor test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p<0.01).Among them,the results of running and sliding in the test of body displacement movement changed slightly,and the total results of displacement had significant difference(p<0.05);the changes of single-handed in-situ dribbling,kicking and low-handed rolling in the test of body displacement movement were small,the fixed-handed hitting was very significant(p<0.01),and the total results of object control were very significant(P<0.01).2.After intervention,the total score of gross motor development test between the experimental group and the control group was significantly different(p<0.01).There were significant differences in the performance of body movement test items(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the performance of object operation test items(P<0.01).Among them,the performance of low-hand rolling has a very significant difference.After intervention,the total score of gross motor development test between There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).There is a significant difference in performance in the neutral jump in the bodymovement test items(P<0.05),and there were significant differences in the fixed-hands batting items in object operation test items(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Through the intervention of physical activity for three months:physical training can promote the development of gross motor ability of 5-6 years old children;moreover,the training effect is better than that of kindergarten activities.2.Physical fitness training can significantly improve the development of body movement and object control in children aged 5-6.The development of object control skill is more important than that of body movement skill.3.Through several months of experimental study,compared with the control group,the gross motor development performance of boys is better than that of girls.Among them,the change of body movement skills of girls is smaller,and the increase of object movement skills is larger.
