Research On The Measures Of Benefiting The People In Public Sports Service Of Suzhou City

The construction of public sports service system is the key to realizing the dream of China's sports power.Its construction and development is a systematic project that benefits the sports culture and physical health of the whole people.In recent years,Suzhou City cooperated with the State Sports General Administration to implement the State Sports General Administration Jiangsu Province.The People's Government's Cooperation Agreement on Building a Public Sports Service System Demonstration Zone will promote the formation of a public sports service system demonstration zone in Suzhou with clear functions,sound network,and urban and rural integration,benefiting the whole people.However,at present,there are fewer institutional reforms in the process of building a public sports service system in Suzhou;The More is to use the" soft law" nature of Huimin measures to ensure business circulation,service coverage and organizational improvement.this paper uses literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logic analysis.600 people from the six districts of Gusu District,Industrial Park,Xiangcheng District,Wuzhong District,Wujiang District and Huqiu High-tech Zone in Suzhou City were selected as survey objects to analyze the current situation,process and effect of Huimin in the seven aspects of policies and regulations,financial input,venue facilities,organization services,information consultation,activity development,and fitness guidance.The purpose is to objectively present the status quo of public sports services in Suzhou,analyze the problems and successful experiences,furthermore,realize the equalization of public sports service development between urban and rural areas,regions and masses in Suzhou.The thesis has the following main conclusions through the research:The results show that:1.The comprehensive nature of the " hard law " system and" soft law " of public sports services in Suzhou needs to be improved;2.The basic expenditure of capital investment has increased year by year but has not formed a stable growth mechanism,and the expenditure structure needs to be further improved;The venue facilities are basically modernized,and the spatial layout and balanced and sustainable supply are better.4.The information retrieval system is basically covered,and the scope,intensity and pertinence of information dissemination need to be strengthened.5.The activities are basically normalized,but lack of spontaneousness.Sexual organization;6,residents' fitness awareness,convenience and popularity are better,but did not form a test-evaluation-guidance-exercise" as one of the fitness guidance system;7,community sports governance and social sports organization development The implementation scope and internal structure are basically perfect,and the unbalanced phenomenon of the social sports instructor team needs to be improved.Suggestions:1.Improve relevant supporting policies and regulations,improve the multiple guarantees of public sports services;2.Broaden the sources of public sports service funds,and improve the rationality of expenditure structure;3.Adhere to the principle of " three balances,one sustainable and increase the sports grounds.And the construction of facilities quality and connotation;4,improve the public sports service information platform,provide multi-level,diversified and multi-scope public sports service information;5,driven by large-scale sports events,carry out "socialization,regularization,branding "The mass sports activities;6,the construction of "test-evaluation-guidance-exercise",as one of the fitness guidance system;7,to achieve the"three social linkage" mechanism,improve the professional and professionalization of social sports instructors...
