With the increasingly severe employment situation and the urgent need to the training of normal students,pre-service teaching practice,as a form of promoting the reform of educational practice,has played a positive role in the quality of normal students' training.pre-service teaching practice stage is the collision stage between the basic theoretical knowledge and practice of normal school students,and it is an important stage to effectively promote the growth of practical knowledge of normal school students and the professional growth of teachers.The quality of teachers' educational life in this stage will directly affect their future career and professional growth.Therefore,it is necessary to study it so as to better serve the professional development of prospective teachers.In the process of describing the educational life of pre-service teachers,we should pay attention to the feelings of real life rather than the expression of a series of data.Therefore,the method of educational narrative research is used to present the real educational life.On the basis of narrating each story,we can further explore the hidden viewpoints and meanings of the story itself,so as to achieve a profound understanding of the story.At first,before the teaching practice,teachers' education and life experience make the recognition of teachers' identity from vague to clear,and teachers 'professional ideal gradually changes from germination to maturity,which strengthens the recognition of the profession.Then,in the teaching practice,the educational life of pre-service teaching practice actually is the collision between theory and practice.In this process,the development of educational life provides the basis and platform for the realization of teachers' professional development,which is mainly reflected in the improvement of teachers' professional self,professional knowledge and ability and professional personality.At last,by showing these stories,it summarizes the importance of "cultivating professional self","giving growth motivation","developingknowledge and ability”,“self-cultivation” and “self-construction consciousness” during pre-service teaching practice.It also provide reference and reference for the prospective teachers concerned about their own development and striving to achieve common growth.
