The teacher's growth is the teacher's self-development request,is a dynamic career course.The growth of teachers can not be separated from the surrounding environment.The environmental factors are of great significance to the growth of teachers.The harmonious environment can promote the development of teachers' physical and mental development and the improvement of educational quality.On the contrary,some of the restrictive factors in the environment can hinder the healthy growth of teachers.At present,most of the researches on the growth of teachers in ecological orientation are at the theoretical stage,and the investigation and attention of teachers' ecological status quo in educational practice is lacking.Beginning teacher is the key stage of teacher professional development,and its development has an important influence on the improvement of teachers' construction and education quality.In reality,there are some problems in the development of teachers,which have an impact on the continued development of teachers.They need to be studied and solved seriously.Based on the perspective of educational ecology,this paper uses the method of observation and educational narrative research to understand the ecological status of teachers' growth at the beginning of primary school.The teachers at the beginning of primary school are placed in the niche of educational ecosystem,from teachers and self,teachers and teaching materials,Teachers and students,teachers and colleagues,teachers and school,teachers and social groups and other aspects of the impact of the initial growth of teachers,ecological factors,teachers in the process of growth and the promotion of primary school teachers early sustainable development strategy.This study suggests that the physical environment,energy and resources are provided for the growth of primary school teachers from the perspective of the value orientation of educational ecology,the natural environment,the social environment and the spiritual and cultural environment of the school.It is found that the mainproblems in the growth of primary school teachers are: the first teachers do not form a specific teacher career development plan,lack of self-renewal ability,rely on teaching materials,can not carry on the teaching reflection in depth,the class management experience is insufficient,contacts with colleagues stay in the surface,With parents difficult to communicate,rarely involved in teaching and research activities,social status and prestige need to improve and so on.The strategy of sustainable development of primary school teachers mainly includes three aspects: one is self-improvement strategy,through self-knowledge,planning career development,self-learning,self-reflection and improve the ability of moral cultivation to develop their own,to qualified,excellent and excellent Teachers move forward.Second,the school support strategy,through the mentoring pairs,to create a harmonious campus atmosphere,do the initial training of teachers,the ability to arrange student work,build peer group,organization of education and scientific research activities for the development of teachers as a good environment.Third,the positive impact of social groups strategy,through the construction of a harmonious home school environment,improve the social status and prestige of teachers for the development of primary school teachers to provide social support.
