It was recommended by the provincial education administration and reviewed by the Ministry of Education.In 2017,a total of four middle school political teachers were selected into the national "10,000 Plan".They are the leaders of the middle school political teachers team,and their professional development experience has important guiding and reference significance for the professional growth of other middle school political teachers.This study is based on the case study of Liu Yeqing,a famous teacher of the national "10,000 Plan",using the method of educational narrative research to present the professional development process of junior high school political teaching teacher Liu Yeqing in a true and complete narrative mode.His professional development experience includes: professional self-awareness is the internal driving force of the famous teacher;educational sentiment is the booster on the development path of the famous teacher;lifelong learning concept is the guide for the individual development of the teacher;professional self-construction is the teaching The professional foundation of the teacher;the teacher community is an important support for the professional development of the teacher.From the macro,meso and micro levels,the factors affecting the professional development of Liu Yeqing's teachers are analyzed,and the macro-systems such as education policy and cultural environment,family and team meso-systems,and important figures and events in the micro-system,amazing perseverance Together with personal characteristics such as professional development and self-awareness,it constitutes an important factor affecting the professional development of Liu Yeqing's teachers.The experience of Liu Yeqing's professional development has different influences on different levels of teaching teachers: teaching teachers need to stand on the classroom and avoid formalism;they must also refine their thoughts and play a leading role;they must also implement the Lide tree people and realize the soul-building and education.The influence on non-teaching teachers is as follows: ordinary teachers should use their perseverance to cultivate professionalism in the process of realizing their professional development;form their own professional characteristics in education and teaching;and continuously improve their literacy and development ability in the integration of disciplines.In this way,the overall improvement of the professional development level of teachers,efforts to build a deep-seated business,superior quality,can be an excellent team of teachers,play a leading role,and promote the sustainable development of teaching teachers.
