With the transformation of society,China's family structure has undergone dramatic changes,showing a "four two one" family model that is miniaturized,core,and diversified.In this context,a large number of young people born in the 1980 s cannot bear the entire educational responsibility for their children because of their own pressure and other factors,which has caused the inter-generational fault of family education.In the current population,the population is rapidly aging.Under the multiple backgrounds of social transformation and rapid urbanization,the phenomenon of inter-generational education has become increasingly prominent.This thesis mainly studies the status quo of inter-generational education through literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The results show that the family education of 3-6 years old children in Fuji Town is mainly based on inter-generational education.Parents of grandparents tend to be old and have a low level of education;the concept of alternate generation education tends to be utilitarian;the content of alternate generation education is not balanced;the method of education is relatively simple and mechanical.The article focuses on how to give full play to the advantages of inter-generational education,avoid its limitations,and achieve its effectiveness.The government speeds up the construction of local industrial parks and promotes employment at home;kindergartens carry out inter-generational education guidance,build long-term guidance places based on the community,and establish national-level family education guidance authorities and local families.Educational responsibility institutions;on the other hand,strive to achieve a benign integration of inter-generational education and parent-child education: strengthen homes--community joint efforts,establish alternate parent schools;ancestors and fathers unified family education standards,clear common goals;focus on parent role models Educational role,etc.Provide reference for future policies and research.
