The Work Of The Positive Correctional Group Involves The Practical Inquiry Of The Improvement Of The Self-efficacy Of The Children’s Inter-generational Guardians In Difficult Circumstances

The self-efficacy of inter-generational guardianship of children in distress refers to the assessment of their ability and effectiveness to become guardians in the process of carrying out family education.Because of the special family structure and traditional parenting methods,the guardians of ancestral generations have no effective methods to face the challenging behaviors of children,and the level of selfefficacy of parenting is low.The core of positive discipline is neither punishment nor arrogance.According to previous studies,group intervention activities with the concept of positive discipline as the core can significantly improve children’s parents’ sense of parenting self-efficacy.But at present,domestic scholars mainly carry out groups to improve parenting methods and self-efficacy of parenting,and they do not involve intervening guardians of ancestral generations.In view of this,this research takes the intergenerational guardians of children in distress as the research object,and through the development of positive discipline groups,explores its role in improving the self-efficacy of parenting.Based on this,first,based on the results of the “Questionnaire on Family Guardianship of Children in Distress” prepared by the group,12 inter-generational guardians who have a low parental self-efficacy score and are homogenous with lack of guardianship from both parents were selected as the research.Object.Secondly,a 6-session positive discipline group activity was carried out for it,during which the performance and changes of the group members were observed.Finally,according to the comparison and difference of the subjects’ scores in the pre-test and post-test,as well as the process effectiveness of the group,this paper discusses the effectiveness of the positive discipline group in improving the parenting self-efficacy of the next generation guardian.The results of the study found:1.The self-efficacy of parenting self-efficacy of guardians of children in difficulties in District P of Shanghai is at a normal level.2.The level of parenting self-efficacy of guardians of children in distressed parents with lack of guardianship is lower than that of guardians of other parental distressed children.3.The positive discipline group can effectively enhance the self-efficacy of parenting guardians of children in distressed generations.Based on the practical exploration of positive discipline group work on the improvement of self-efficacy of inter-generational guardians,the relevant findings and recommendations of social work intervention in self-education of self-efficacy are proposed:1.Enrich the application of positive discipline in social work methods.2.Realize the parallel service of positive discipline group work among multiple family members.
