Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasure Of College Students' Business Incubation Base In Hunan Province

As the most active and willing group in the society,college students' entrepreneurial behavior should be supported by all aspects of society.College Students' Entrepreneurship incubation base provides the relevant incubation environment for college students' entrepreneurs,improves the success rate of College Students' entrepreneurship,promotes employment by entrepreneurship,and provides a solution to the problem of difficult employment for college students.This paper introduces the relevant theories and concepts of the business incubation base,selects some colleges and universities in Hunan Province for investigation and research,and finds that due to the insufficient theoretical accumulation and practical operation experience in the incubation of College Students' business incubation,some problems are exposed in the construction of the business incubation base of College students all over China.This paper uses the form of theoretical analysis to investigate and analyze the current situation of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship incubator base,expounds the problems existing in the operation of the current call girl students' Entrepreneurship incubator base,and finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of College Students' incubator base.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the research background and significance;from the trend of the world,the direction of higher education;regional development,the pattern of local economy and the employment situation in Hunan Province to analyze the background of the topic,and from the practical and theoretical significance of the topic.The second part is an overview of the theory of College Students' business incubator base;the third part is an analysis of the current situation and problems of the operation of College Students' business incubator base in Hunan Province;it puts forward four problems: unclear positioning of the incubator park of College Students' business incubator base in Hunan Province,shallow incubation service level,insufficient capital investment and low social recognition.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of College Students' business incubation base.Through the analysis of this paper,we can see that with the national attention and support to college students' entrepreneurship,the construction of College Students' Entrepreneurship incubation base will continue to develop and progress,there will be a lot of College Students' innovative enterprises emerging,I believe that college students' Entrepreneurship incubation base can continuously incubate excellent enterprises,so as to promote the employment rate of college students and the development of regional economy.
