A Research On The Function Of Incubation Base In University Students' Innovative Undertaking

With the development of China economy, entrepreneurial environment become growing maturity, Today is knowledge-based economy, there is no doubt that college students group become the backbone of this trend, Most of the researches on university students'innovative undertaking nearly all focus on entrepreneurship education, instead of investigating from an organizational point of view. Incubation bases as a multi-functional organization, to study the role of organization capital will help to explore the entrepreneurship among university students and promote the improvement in levels of entrepreneurship students.The main purpose of this study is to explore the main role of Incubation base in the Graduate Entrepreneurship and study the inherent relationship between these factors and the levels of entrepreneurship. This paper used quantitative and qualitative survey methods to study the college students who had participated the student practice, the author analyzed the organizational capital which was possess by incubation bases and compared the various forms of organizational capital, Then, some discussion is drawn on the further promotion of Incubation base functioning and entrepreneurship level of college students. This research will come to the following conclusions: (1) Incubation bases possess various forms of capital (including human capital, social capital, and physical capital). Among them, the role of organizational human capital is the most, followed by organizational social capital, and the role of physical capital is the smallest.(2) with the mature of incubation bases, organizational social capital's role will be gradually increased.Finally, further discussion from the above two conclusions reached:Higher education should play a greater role in skills development, and incubation bases should play the role of social capital better.
