Study On The Management Mechanism Of College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship Incubation Park

With China's economic development into the new normal,innovation has become the driving force of economic and social development.College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Park will also flourish,but there are some problems in the construction.Under such circumstances,it is necessary to study the College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Park.In this study,we take the management mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship incubator in colleges and universities as the research subject.Firstly,the paper defines the meaning of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Park,analyzes related theory.Then,based on the functional analysis of the Incubation Park,the paper discusses the existing construction problems in the Incubation Park.Secondly,it further analyzes of the management system of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Park in China.It analyzes and compares the existing three management mechanisms.Finally,this study constructs a more perfect management mechanism.The 3241 management mechanism of College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Park has the ternary participation,two main lines,four modules and a series of supporting measures.The innovation research of the management mechanism of the College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Park is to provide some useful reference for the related research.It is better to embody College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Incubation Park's functions,root innovative ideas,stimulate creativity,cultivate innovative talents.This study is beneficial to improve the social service function of the University,to reduce the pressure of the whole employment,and to realize the goal of the government management.
