| After more than a hundred years of development,modern tennis has become one of the most professional,popular and commercially valuable sports in the world.As one of the most common types of tennis courts,the French Open,as the only tournament in the four Grand Slams using laterite courts,has always been of great ornamental value and wide attention.Nadal,over 33 years old,is still playing well in the highly competitive men's singles arena and has won the men's singles championship in the French Open in 2019 by beating seven top men's singles players,Hanfmann,Maden,Goffin,Lundero,K.Nishikori,Federer and Thiem.The application effect of techniques and tactics is still at the top level,and Nadal's application characteristics of singles techniques and tactics in Red Place are of great research value.This paper chooses Nadal's seven matches in the French Open in 2019 as the research object.By using the methods of documentation,video observation,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and logical analysis,the data of Nadal's technical and tactical application in seven men's singles matches are analyzed and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Serving stage tactics: Nadal scored a high rate of first serve,fast ball speed,spinning foot,high scoring efficiency,one serve often can directly score,double errors are few;the second serve is stable,the speed of the ball slightly decreased,the second serve scoring rate is higher.Among them,the first serve angle in the level division is the main,the outside angle is the supplementary;the second serve angle in the level division is the main,the middle way is the supplementary;the first serve angle is the main,the middle way is the supplementary;the second serve in the front area is the same.Nadal attacked the opponent's midfield and back field actively by forehand and backhand strokes in the serve stage.His initiative attacking consciousness was prominent.There was a good tactical connection between the service and the tactical behavior of the third racket.The technique and route of the third racket were more reasonable and scoring ability was prominent.2.Technical tactics in the receiving and serving stage: Nadal receives and returns the ball with relative gains and losses,and has a higher total score rate.The receiving and serving landing point is concentrated in the middle and back court,and the receiving and returning ball rotates strongly.Among them,the second serve has good returning effect,high scoring efficiency,strong sense of initiative and aggression.Nadal has more breaks in the receiving stage,and the breaking efficiency is high.In the receiving stage,the fourth racket has the advantages of quick return and side-body,high efficiency of attack-defense conversion,balanced attack-defense ability of forehand and backhand drives,and no obvious weak side.3.Techniques and tactics in the stalemate stage: Nadal has strong rotation,high jump,deep landing point,less mistakes in gains and losses,more winning points,and high net scoring efficiency in the stalemate stage.And it can adjust its tactical choice according to the performance of the opponent's tactics and techniques in the competition,and has a strong sense of initiative. |
