Study On The Characteristics Of Nadal's Tactics In The Tennis Competition

Rafael Nadal is an outstanding representative of men's professional tennis players.As of September 2018,Nadal has won 80 singles titles,including 17 grand slam titles.He is one of the current men's players with a grand slam and only the second winner of a golden slam in history.At present,although domestic scholars have studied Nadal for a long time,most of them have analyzed the data of Nadal against one player or several players,but few have analyzed the tactics from the perspective of different types of players.This article selects Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer(all-round player),Novak Djokovic(base-line player),Isner(more of a net player)the three athletes of different game types,are selected as the research object,through video observation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,to Rafael Nadal in the hard courts against different types of athletes in serving,receiving and stalemate to explore the tactical characteristics of excellent athletes in the world,with a bottom line player against to analyze its characteristics with different types of athletes,provide theory support for the other player's tactical use,therefore the following conclusions:1.In the serving stage,Nadal's first serve showed the tactical characteristics of"deuce court inside and advantage outside" against all-round players;Against the bottom line players in the first zone serve scattered,to the flexible inside and outside corner of the alternate use,outside the main corner of the second zone;Against off-grid athletes are mainly inside the corner,the middle road for the supplement.The tactics used in the second service against different types of players are "deuce court inside and advantage outside"and the middle chase,and there are some differences in the distribution of landing points between different players.In the combination of serve and third shot against different types of players,the outside comer is returned to the reverse empty position through forehand and backhand drawing with the advantage of serve,and the middle and inside corner is returned to the forehand and backhand position of the opponent.2.In the receiving stage,Nadal mainly adopts the slant line and middle line tactics when playing against different types of players,while the slant line tactics use forehand and backhand to play against different types of players;The use rate of forehand and backhand slice is higher than that of net player.For linear tactics with low usage rate,backhand stroke is mainly used against all-around and bottom-line players,while forehand stroke and slice are mainly used against off-line players.In the fourth beat against different types of players through the forehand and backhand stroke will hit the ball to the opposite side of the reverse empty,repeated drop point and the middle of the transition position.3.In the stalemate stage,Nadal uses the line-changing strategy to play against different types of players,mainly hitting the ball to the opposite side's reverse empty space and repeated drop position.In crosswalk tactics,players of different types cross the line mainly with a straight forehand and a slant backhand.Backhand position tactics against different types of players when the main backhand stroke to complete the shot.The net tactics face the comprehensive type,the base line athlete mainly by draws the ball primarily,faces the partial net type athlete by draws the ball and cuts the ball primarily.
