Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategies Of Juvenile Amateur Football Clubs In Some Areas Of China

Since the implementation of policy documents such as “the China football reform program ”and“ the Chinese football medium and long term plan 2016-2050”,youth football training institutions have developed rapidly.All kinds of football training or taking root in the local,or looking across the country,or rely on the local,or go out to introduce,each unique,uneven.This paper adopted literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and field visited 12 spare parts of our country juvenile football club,and parts of our country teenagers amateur football club's current basic situation and operation status,human resource condition and so on has carried on the scientific analysis and research,to understand the current domestic parts of the existing situation of teenagers amateur football club,looking for development countermeasures,promote the benign development.The main conclusions are as follows:1.The number of registered youth amateur football clubs in some regions of China increased sharply after 2010;Mainly based on natural person holding,the investment mode presents increasingly rich characteristics;It presents the characteristics of rapid development but unbalanced regional development.2.The training time and venue arrangement of some regional clubs in China are affected by the students' school attendance and mass football activities.The problem of low level of competition and unequal participation opportunity;The rules and regulations of the club need to be perfected.3.The management personnel of some regional clubs in China are highly educated but not highly qualified;The level of the coach can meet the demands of the club for the popularization of football and the cultivation of interest,but there is still a lot of room for improvement.Most club members of the family income in the middle level,the proportion of male students greatly and attend purpose focuses on interests and hobbies to cultivate and strengthen physical health,and geographical location and teaching resources is an important factor in a club to recruit the students.4.For the promotion of club development,relevant departments and clubs should do: strengthen the popularization of football,integrate relevant resources,and improve the training and competition mechanism of coaches;Improve the management level and service ability of the club manager,enrich the marketing means,establish and improve the club's rules and regulations and activities;We will improve the training and evaluation mechanism for coaches and continuously optimize the team of coaches.
