| Teaching design is a kind of pre-formation of the teaching process and teaching results,and in the actual teaching process,students' various "fantastic ideas" often affect the teacher's teaching plan.Traditional teaching pays more attention to the completion of teaching tasks,resulting in mechanization of classroom teaching,lack of passion and agility.With the deepening of educational theory research,more and more educators are constantly reforming and innovating.Classroom teaching is an eternal topic for every educator.Under the new educational concept,generative teaching,which is dominated by generative thinking,emphasizes that teachers should encourage and timely capture students' ideological dynamics,be good at flexibly using various teaching resources,and respond to valuable students' feedback in the classroom in an appropriate way.It can change the students' dynamics to the new teaching resources,enhance the emotional communication between teachers and students,deepen their learning impressions,and promote the common development of teachers and students.The article mainly interprets generative teaching from three aspects: target generation,process generation and practical generation through literature review method and practice method.Through the investigation and research of the actual classroom teaching,and take law teaching as an example to set up a set of practical teaching plans: from the pre-class introduction-teaching → process-teaching → evaluation-teaching → reflection.Finally,through the teaching practice in the classroom,it continues to accumulate and improve.As a kind of generative teaching,it is worthy of being advocated and pursued by national education reform and school-based education which not only enables teachers to accumulate teaching wisdom and fully reflect their life value,but also awakens students to actively explore knowledge and creatively understand problems. |
