Education is an engine of national science and technology development.Through the development of higher education,a large number of talents can be provided for the society,and the development of higher education is the key to the development of education in recent years.In order to improve the efficiency of social resource utilization,through the development of social capital,our country has made great efforts to promote the development of private higher education.The non-governmental colleges and universities are an important part of the system of private higher education in our country.However,because of the influence of various subjective and objective factors,the construction of the teaching staff has been relatively slow,affecting the school.The whole development and speed up the construction of the teaching staff have become the focus of the school.The shortage of teachers in the private-run undergraduate colleges has become a prominent problem that can not be ignored in the development of the private higher education,and how to solve the problem is the content of the thought of all the non-governmental educators,and through the further research on this aspect,And can better promote the development of the education cause in China.As for the development of private colleges and universities at present,with the increasing utilization rate of private capital in our country,the attention to the construction of teachers is increasing,and the overall trend is constantly improving.But because different private undergraduate colleges and universities have certain scale differences,and the influence of regional economy and other factors,some private undergraduate colleges and universities still face the problem of high teacher brain drain rate,which is obviously not conducive to the development of private undergraduate colleges and universities.In order to be able to make a better analysis of the current construction of the current non-governmental colleges and universities,this paper takes the Nanchang G College as an example,and makes a corresponding analysis on the construction of the teaching staff by using a variety of methods such as the literature research method,the case analysis method and the questionnaire.Through the analysis and discovery,the present Nanchang G College mainly faces the problems of introduction and recruitment management,personnel training and communication and internal management in the course of the construction of the teaching staff.There are many reasons leading to the problems,including the lack of democratic management system and the absence of the employment distribution system,the shortage of the teachers' training and management ability,and the internal management contradiction of the private-run undergraduate colleges and universities.Protruding.In the face of these problems,in the course of the construction of the teaching staff,the non-governmental undergraduate colleges and universities must strengthen the introduction and recruitment management of the teachers,strengthen the training and management of the teaching staff,strengthen the management of the teaching staff,and finally realize the continuous improvement of the construction level of the teachers.
