Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Teacher Motivation In Private Colleges And Universities

Peter F.Drucker,a management expert,pointed out that the aim of the manager is not to change his employees,but to strengthen an organization by activating their individual advantages.Therefore,effective employee incentive mechanism is the key to the growth of enterprises.Teachers are employees of private colleges.How to give full play to the work of the initiative and creativity is the key of the private colleges management,which requires a set of system to perfect the effective incentive mechanism to ensure the long-term stable development of teachers.In this background,this paper takes the Q college of private colleges as the case and then related questionnaire and interview outline are designed.Based on the first-hand data obtained from the survey,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons for the shortage of teachers.On the basis the paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the incentive and the safeguard measure.Firstly,they should promote the adjustment of a fair and reasonable compensation and welfare system.Secondly,they should optimize the training content to meet the needs of teachers;Establish a fair and long-term teacher promotion system.Thirdly,they should establish a good working environment and inspiring teachers' work spirit.Fourthly,they should use the competition incentive to activate the teaching staff.Fifthly,they should attach importance to mission call so as to strengthen teacher's professional responsibility.This paper puts forward some countermeasures for the optimization of teacher's incentive status in Q college,and it can be used for reference to strengthen teachers' incentive of similar private schools to realize sustainable development.
