National identity is the cognition of citizens of a country about their own belonging to a certain country,including the attitude and emotion towards the political system,cultural tradition,ideals and beliefs of the country.And middle school students are the future of the country,shouldering the hope of national prosperity and national rejuvenation,they are in the key period of the formation of world outlook,outlook on life and values.History teaching in middle school is an important way to cultivate the national identity of young people.History officials have been set up in all dynasties of our country.The rich historical materials are beyond the reach of all countries in the world and can provide various materials for the cultivation of the national identity of middle school students.So the relationship between history teaching and the national identity of middle school students is very important It is of practical significance,which is helpful to grasp the emotional attitude and value tendency of middle school students to the country,to improve the teaching concept and method of history teachers in view of the present situation of students' national identity.This thesis adopts the literature research method and the questionnaire survey method,through carries on the questionnaire survey to the Shandong Province Ningyang second middle school student,deeply explores the factor which affects the middle school student's national identity.This paper is divided into six parts: introduction,the reasons for the topic,combing the domestic and foreign research review of national identity,research methods and research significance.Chapter I defines the relevant concepts of national identity and analyzes its theoretical basis;Chapter II investigates the current situation of national identity of middle school students and deeply analyzes the relationship between history teaching and national identity;Chapter III explores various factors that affect the national identity of middle school students,from society,schools,teachers and learning The fourth chapter provides strategies to strengthen the national identity of middle school students,give full play to the leading role of teachers,and make comprehensive use of historical resources;the fifth chapter summarizes the problems that should be paid attention to in history teaching,and consummates the historyclassroom teaching.
