The wave of information technology led by "Internet +" has arrived quietly and quickly,causing many levels of education to change rapidly.The creation of a group practice model that shares our common interests is to meet the requirements of the new era and provide teachers with high-quality seminar opportunities to improve the effectiveness of professional learning.Therefore,the research chooses to go deep into the "Internet +" background,explore the current status of the community,expose the essence of the problem,seek to improve the strategy,and try to provide a reliable basis and a strong reference for the implementation path of the community.The researcher analyzes the essential connection between the teacher development community and the teacher development needs in the context of the Internet through the interpretation of the relevant policies of the teacher development community under the "Internet +" and the current situation of attention and thinking,combined with its important value,diversity and research prospects,Present the indispensability of the community,and clarify the significance of the study.In order to consolidate the research foundation and support follow-up research,through the integration and review of domestic and international literature on teacher development communities under the "Internet +",the overall understanding of the community is strengthened,thereby facilitating the subsequent interpretation work,and then defining "Internet +","Internet + education","teacher development community" and other related concepts,carefully investigate and clarify the theoretical basis of the teacher development community,understand the profound inspiration it brings to the research work,and further clarify the research direction for follow-up research Lay a firm foundation.In order to find the real data presenting the development status of the teacher development community under the "Internet +",we should sort out the ideas in timeand optimize the research and design process.The researchers used the questionnaire method to collect the external performance of the community,and reasonably used QQ,WeChat,Internet links,etc.to successfully lock the scope of the investigation into six regions of Jinan,Yantai,Jining,Tai'an,Heze,and Liaocheng in Shandong Province.,Including 93 males and 194 female teachers.Through questionnaire stars and SPSS,systematically quantify and analyze the questionnaire data,objectively present basic information,internal consistency and correlation analysis,and reflect the current development status;use interviews to dig deep into the internal essence,combined with the interview data of 10 interviewers,Think rationally about the activity form and existence of the community.Through in-depth part of the research data of the teacher development community and the qualitative texts obtained from the interviews under the background of "Internet +",we explore the defects remaining in the community and analyze the reasons.Existing problems:(Community member)Insufficient motivation to participate,single membership,shallow interaction,(Community organization level)learning resources weightless,improper management norms,over-scheduled schedule,insufficient special research,(external environment level)Shortage of technical support,insufficient funding,and lack of professional guidance.Based on the relevant research literature and empirical data obtained from the survey,around the theme of the "Internet +" teacher development community,the researchers combined with the education and teaching theory that they have mastered,summarized the following optimization strategies: individual teachers adapt to the requirements of the times and change in time Mental model and integration into group discussions;the community should streamline the network platform,generate a cooperative culture,and pay attention to the identity of the members;the external environment focuses on giving a variety of powerful supports;the school focuses on improving rules and administrative structures,and planning time and space rationally.To sum up,research and reflection on the operation status,significance analysis,existing problems and optimization strategies of the "Internet +" teacher development community.
