The arrival of the Internet era has attracted various fields to move closer to "Internet +".Among them,"Internet + Education",which people are most concerned about,has attracted national attention and policy support.And the professional development of teachers as the most direct factors of education development direction and the future trend of the development of education plays a fundamental role,so the arrival of the new era must build a new development in the future for teachers’ professional development,especially for middle school mathematics teachers’ professional development faces two choices: on the one hand,the construction of high-quality professional and innovative math teachers,which is of great significance for comprehensively improving the professional;On the other hand,combined with the background features of openness,interconnectedness,innovation and integration of "Internet +",the development of modern middle school mathematics teachers is required to be diversified,comprehensive and modernized.Therefore,the infiltration of "Internet + Education" into the professional development of teachers is the demand of the current era for the development of education and an important way to improve the professional development of teachers.According to the problems existing in the actual education and teaching,this study firstly determines the research topic and content through literature research method,the review and synthesis of relevant literature,giving a comprehensive description of the literature,and defining the relevant important concepts.After that the evaluation of middle school teachers’ professional standard framework as the theoretical basis,combined with the six characteristics of the "Internet + Education" puts forward new requirements to teachers’ professional development,from the perspective of "Internet + Education" middle school mathematics teachers’ ethics and the concept of professional development,professional development of the knowledge and ability,comprehensive ability of three types of professional development.From the eight professional development and 33 requirements making evaluation frameworks and questionnaire surveys,combining with the research topic is closely related to the five questions,makes the high school mathematics teacher interview outline.The conclusions are:Currently,under the background of "Internet + Education",middle school mathematics teachers’ overall professional development is in the medium level,which in the aspect of ethics and professional knowledge in the average level,but the ideas and comprehensive ability of development is in middle level.Especially the independent innovation and scientific research ability enhancement,they need more efforts.According to the research results,the following training methods are proposed: to strengthen teachers’ mastery of various educational skills in the Internet era;To train teachers’ ability to collect and summarize Internet information efficiently;To train teachers to carry out professional development and learning of Internet mathematics teachers by means of network;To train teachers to make use of network information resources to build a resource base suitable for their own professional development;To encourage teachers to try to explore and utilize the new teaching mode;To develop teachers’ thinking on the Internet,promoting them to use the Internet platform carries out teaching and research,and realizes cross-border communication,cooperation and wisdom sharing.Finally,combined with the results of the survey and the actual situation of teacher development,specific development strategies are given for reference and improvement of the research.
