The arrival of the "Internet" era has created a new pattern of teacher learning.In horizon,"Internet",the teacher learning community members pay more attention to the connection between the function and ACTS as a "Shared vision" driver,members of the community of active learning,in the equal communication and cooperation can not only reflect the openness of the "Internet",also can realize the value of the community to create innovation and fusion,the learning organization is a kind of innovative teachers.The construction of music teachers' learning community from the perspective of "Internet" is conducive to breaking through the "top-down" training method and the "one-size-fits-all" training content,creating a strong learning atmosphere for music teachers,and combining the characteristics of music disciplines to improve teachers' professional quality in diversified learning modes,so as to achieve the benefits of teaching while learning.This article through to the dong li music teacher study present situation investigation,and analyzes the results of the survey,find dong li district of tianjin music teachers to study the problems in six aspects,namely the Shared vision of the deviation in learning motivation,learning mode single lead to quality is not high,insufficient time learning become a mere formality,learning evaluation is not perfect lead to a lack of direction and management is not standard cause learning efficiency,as well as the rapid development of information technology for learning increases the challenge.After the analysis of the problems and causes,Dongli District takes "music power" as the land point to build a community suitable for music teachers' learning development in Dongli District.Through the composition of innovative community personnel,personalized learning objectives and contents,as well as the establishment of the "five-step cycle" operation mechanism and innovative activities practice.In the building to try using the "Internet" thinking,through dynamic instant interactive classroom organization,innovation of learning from the research way,"Internet" tool development and use of "nailing" innovative learning management innovation,through the construction of "music power" practice "music power" are analysed in detail on the build path.The construction of "music power" inspires the learning enthusiasm of the music communitymembers in Dongli District,enhances the vitality of the music teachers' learning community,breeds the learning culture of the community,and is of positive significance to the construction of a learning society.In this practical effect,the author analyzes the value of music teachers' recognition of "music power" in Dongli District,forming the experience and inspiration for the construction of music teachers' learning community in Dongli District.The construction of music teachers' learning community in Dongli District is affected by the limitations of individual cases and has its special characteristics.However,dongli district,as a combination of urban and rural areas,and teachers' demand for learning and other aspects are common,so the practice of "music power" has a certain promotion effect.In view of this,the author puts forward development Suggestions from the perspective of "learning community" and "Internet".Combined with the theory of "learning community",we should attach importance to "common vision" to stimulate "internal motivation" and use management system to ensure "external mechanism" to operate in a standardized way in the future.The development proposal based on the perspective of "Internet" should first change the attitude,keep up with the new thinking of "Internet",make full use of "Internet" to drive the interactive information flow,and use "Internet" to carry out efficient learning management,so that "Internet" can ultimately promote the development of education.
