The rapid development of the economy,the importance that the country attaches to education,and the expectations of parents in the traditional Chinese concept of children.'s hopes for children are all leading to the expanding education and training market,coupled with the rapid development of the Internet,and the increasing impact of new media on consumers.Under this background,how education and training institutions use new media marketing communication to deeply integrate communication theory,marketing practice and information technology has a strong practical significance.Based on marketing theory and communication theory,this article analyzes the company's new media marketing communication status,and deeply discusses the practical problems of the use of new media marketing communication in PX education and training institutions,including the lack of professional operation teams,the lack of high-quality promotion content,and the neglect of interactive Communication platform,lack of clear audience positioning and lack of reasonable effect evaluation system.Based on the above problems,drawing on the successful experience of new media marketing and communication of well-known education and training institutions,combined with the brand positioning and product characteristics of PX education and training institutions,on the basis of the 5W communication model,we innovatively designed new media suitable for the education and training industry The marketing communication model provides guidance suggestions,including building a diversified communication team,providing high-value content output,creating interactive communication channels,subdividing diverse customer groups,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation mechanism.This article hopes to help PX education and training institutions to research new media marketing communication strategies to help them reduce marketing costs and improve marketing efficiency,especially to promote online training services that are more compliant with the times and expand overall market share.This has a strong practical significance for all branches of the PX education and training institutions across the country,has reference value for the entire education and training industry,and is also a means of improving marketing communication methods and advancing with the times in marketing communication theory.
