With the sustained and steady economic development in China and the boost of international communication,the importance of English have become increasingly prominent,so the necessity of learning English is widely recognized.English training industry is facing unprecedented opportunities,and at the same time is also facing huge challenges.In Ningbo,the competition between domestic and international training institutions is fierce.As the leader in Ningbo studying abroad market,Global Education Ningbo branch is facing the great challenges in market share.It is becoming more and more important to break the inherent marketing model and set up a new marketing model to adapt to the changes.In this paper,I regard Global Education Ningbo branch as the research object.The first chapter is to introduce the research background,purpose,and significance.In Chapter 2 and 3,I mainly introduce the whole training industry background,applying Porter five forces model to the overall environment of the training industry in Ningbo analysis and applying SWOT analysis tools to carry out a detailed analysis of the internal environment of the school.In chapter 4,using the modern marketing theory analyzes the current problems which the school face in marketing strategy,especially a single product strategy,regular price strategy,simple marketing strategy,and so on.In chapter 5,I mainly put forward the concept of integrated marketing,integrated network,personnel,communication and service,so work out the suitable marketing strategy for the development in Ningbo.
