With the development of the information age,researchers pay more and more attention to the quality of education,and training high-quality talents is an urgent need for education by the state and society,and it is also an inexhaustible motive force for the development of education.In recent years,the educational quality evaluation paradigm has gradually biased towards the learning process,and Academic Engagement as the most important evaluation method in the learning process has become an essential evaluation index to measure the quality of education,so it is important to study the Academic Engagement of junior high school students to improve the quality of junior high school teaching.This study mainly investigates the current situation of students' Academic Engagement in the information technology classroom,finds its existing problems,and then puts forward targeted strategies to can help students to improve their Academic Engagement and teaching quality.This research mainly use the literature analysis method,the questionnaire method and the interview method to carry on the research of the junior high school student study investment.First of all,literature analysis is used to analyze the domestic and foreign research status of Academic Engagement,and the content and dimensions of learning investment are summarized to provide a basis for the questionnaire compilation;Secondly,using the prepared "Investigation Questionnaire for Junior High School Information Technology Classroom Survey",a survey of418 junior high school students' current state of study investment is conducted,and descriptive statistics and discrepancy analysis are conducted on the results of the survey;Finally,based on the interview results,the causes of the problems are analyzed,and strategies for improving students' investment in junior high school information technology classrooms are proposed.The results show that the overall level of Academic Engagement of middle school students in the information technology classroom of junior middle school is on the upper side of the middle level,in which the level of behavior input is better,the level of emotional input is second,and the level of cognitive input needs to be improved.There is no significant difference in study input among students of different genders,but there are significant differences in grade,achievement and parents' education.The concrete performance is: the lower grade student study input level is higher than the higher grade student,and the top student's study input level ishigher than the backward student,the parent education higher student's study input is higher than the parent education lower student.According to the results of the survey,combined with the actual teaching situation,the study proposes strategies to improve the Academic Engagement from the aspects of input,emotional input,cognitive input and demographics: behavioral input strategies include designing reasonable teaching methods,carrying out rich extracurricular activities,increasing students' persistence and concentration;affective input strategies include stimulating interest in learning information technology,enhancing learning motivation,establishing good teacher-student relationship and encouraging praise;cognitive input strategies include clear learning goals,strengthening learning strategy guidance and building rich learning resources;demographic strategies,Put forward the corresponding strategies from the aspects of girls,senior students,underachievers and parents with low education,respectively.
