Educational input is an important topic in the field of education, and also an important area in economics of education, which puts important roles on the quality of education and development prospects. From a broad perspective, educational input not only includes material input, but also contains other inputs such as policies, cognition, spirit, behavior and so on. For a long time, researches on educational inputs are mainly from angles of fund which puts little roles for the practice. In shortage of China's education funding, It owns theoretical merit and realistic significant to realize the importance of the spiritual input.At present, there are many problems in the reality of our current education, such as lack of material input, policy input are not sufficiently, "human" awareness is not enough, spiritual input is deficient and so on. In order to solve the obstacles in the development of education, it should come from the material and spiritual sides to put forward the systematic viewpoints at the three levels of macro, meso and micro on educational reform. That is, on one hand, the material input and the spiritual input should be combined. The material input is the premise safeguard, and the spiritual input is the intrinsic basis. The two aspects affects, restricts and promotes mutually. And they are indispensable in the education development. On the other hand, the inside and the outside of the educational system should combine in the educational input. Educational input is not only the country's responsibility, but also the society or people's duty. It is a systematic project that country, the society, the school, the teacher and the student should paid attention together. In the system, the various factors affect and restricts mutually. Both of them are the premise the condition for each other. Only when each subsystem or factors play its roles, should system revolve well, thus finally develops the China education and realize the nation's powerful educational dream.
