Nowadays society,the public has a rising demand of strengthening their cultural quality learning increasingly;and there has been an incremental rise of population studying Pipa playing,with teenagers accounting for three quarters approximately.Consequently,this has led to a short supply of Pipa teachers to satisfy those learners.The one-to-one or one-to-several microteaching mode prevailing for a long time has already failed in meeting the public demands,giving rise to the emergence of collective teaching mode of Pipa class.However,there is no complete or systematic concept of Pipa teaching scheme for the collective teaching mode currently.Based on the author's own specialty and teaching practice,this paper takes the teaching efficacy of Pipa club in Taoyuan School in Taiyuan as an instance,presents the author's primary understanding and integration of the complete and systematic teaching of collective Pipa class for teenagers,while combining the requirements of primary school music curriculums under the new curriculum reform,aiming at increasing the teaching efficiency of collective Pipa class and finding the appropriately individualized teaching schemes for collective Pipa class.This paper provides effective methods for the in-depth research on the teaching efficiency of collective Pipa class for teenagers,offers certain references for teaches of popular Pipa curriculums and enhances the teaching efficacy of collective Pipa class for teenagers,in order to popularize Pipa teaching.
