Research objective:In recent years,with the acceleration of the process of martial arts,the increasing level of competition,the difficulty of competition gradually increased,and the influence of athletes' physical fitness on the performance of the competition gradually increased.With the increasing refinement of athletes' training and the wide and effective application of physical training in various sports,martial arts athletes' physical training has been paid more and more attention by coaches.However,the distribution ratio of strength,agility,flexibility,speed and other quality training time in athletes' physical training,and the reasonable arrangement of physical fitness plan in the annual general training plan are the problems that coaches must think deeply about.Based on the investigation and monitoring of the physical training of six athletes,this paper explores the present situation of the physical training of the men's athletes in Shanxi Province,and analyzes the shortcomings of the athletes' physical fitness.The aim is to provide a reliable reference for coaches to formulate the contents of physical training and improve athletes' physical ability,and to provide practical and theoretical basis for improving the competitive ability of male athletes of martial arts routine in Shanxi Province.Research methods:In this study,6 first-line athletes were tested and trained to prepare for the national youth martial arts routine championship.From the beginning of December2018 to the middle of May 2019,the results of athletes' tests were analyzed and discussed after 20 weeks of physical training(the training cycle was 20 weeks).Physical training is arranged twice a week,on Wednesday and Saturday mornings each week for 120 minutes.The contents include function training,strength training,circulation training and pulling and loosening training.subjects were tested uniformly in the week before and the last week of theexperiment,respectively.the test indexes were mainly collected and analyzed for strength quality,speed quality,balance quality and flexibility quality,and functional action screening(FMS)related index data.Research results:After physical training,comparing the data before and after training,it can be concluded that this training program can effectively improve the strength quality,speed quality,balance quality and flexibility quality index of six martial arts routine athletes.After physical training,comparing the data before and after training,it can be concluded that this training quality: the improvement of weight-bearing squat and lying push index is more obvious,and the average improvement value is 6.66 kg and 6.67 kg,respectively,and the test results are significantly different(P<0.05).Vertical The average value of improvement increased by 3.75 cm,the monitoring results showed significant difference(P<0.01).Speed quality index has the following changes :10 meters braking distance and 5 m×4 fold back run two indexes after physical training increased significantly,its average value increased 0.65 seconds and 0.58 seconds,respectively,indicating that physical training has a very significant effect on Shanxi men's martial arts athletes speed quality improvement(P<0.01).The balance quality index has the following changes: after the training,there is obvious change in the single foot of the closed eye,and its mean value increases by 4.88 seconds,indicating that the physical training is balanced to the Shanxi male martial arts athletes quality improvement has a very significant effect(P<0.01).The following changes of flexibility index: shoulder flexibility index increased significantly after training,and its mean value increased by 4.8 cm,indicating that physical training has a very significant effect on the improvement of flexibility quality of Shanxi martial arts routine male athletes(P<0.01).functional action screening scores were also significantly improved,and action quality was effectively improved.The average score of the six athletes was 16,1.7 points higher than the whole of the first test.Li ×and Gao ×× two athletes have the highest total score of 17 points,and three athletes have a total score of 16 points,namely,single ××,Wu ×× and Qin ××.Zhang ×× total score 14.Onthe whole,all the achievements have improved compared with the first test,indicating that the effect of physical training is remarkable.Research conclusions:Through physical training,the strength quality index of six male athletes of martial arts routine in Shanxi Province changed,among which the weight-bearing squat and lying push index improved obviously,and the average improvement value was 6.66 kg and 6.67 kg,respectively.The average improvement value increased by 3.75 cm,which is of great significance to the improvement of athletes' relative strength quality.After 10 meters braking distance and 5m×4 fold-back run,the average value of physical training increased by0.65 seconds and 0.58 seconds,respectively,indicating that physical training has a very significant effect on the speed quality improvement of Shanxi men's martial arts athletes.After training,the single foot with closed eyes changed obviously,and the average value increased by 4.88 seconds,which indicated that physical training could improve the balance quality of martial arts athletes to a certain extent.After training,the index of shoulder flexibility increased obviously,and the average value increased by 4.8 cm,which indicated that physical training could improve the shoulder flexibility of athletes.
