Martial arts(routines)is a skill-oriented,performance difficult beauty of the sports, the modern competitive martial arts routine competition evaluation, the score of jumping difficulty occupies a considerable proportion. In the martial arts optional class competition, the athlete's completion of the jumping difficulty even directly affects its final achievement and ranking. How to use the training method scientifically to effectively improve the jumping difficulty quality of martial arts athletes is an urgent problem for Wushu educators in the new era.In recent years, under the strong guidance of national policy, the development of school martial arts has ushered in a prosperous period, children's martial arts routine athletes are competitive martial arts development The reserve army determines the direction and level of the future development of competitive martial arts.At the same time, this age is also the key period for the development of jumping skills, some studies have pointed out that the use of scientific training means to help children athletes in the basic movement development sensitive period to establish the correct movement mode, will play a multiplier effect on their future motor skills learning and mastering with half the effort. Therefore, through the combination of functional training concept and special jumping difficulty technology, this paper designs more close to the technical action mode of training means to improve the children's sports performance and skills in jumping difficulty. In this study,24 8-11 years old children's martial arts routine athletes in Huang cheng gen Primary School were used as experimental subjects, which were divided into 12 experimental groups and 12 control groups. The experimental group carried out functional training intervention, and the control group performed according to the original established traditional physical fitness exercises.Through consulting relevant literature, actual investigation and listening to the opinions of many experts, three test indexes were finally determined, namely, basic physical fitness index, functional movement screening index, jump difficulty technical index. After 12 weeks of experimental intervention, the two groups of athletes were statistically analyzed before and after the experiment with the SPSS22.0 version, and the results were obtained The following conclusions:1.This body function training in the study of the experimental group and the traditional strength training, the control can be based physical quality index in the run-up to touch one foot high,in situ vertical jump to touch on the two indicators have significantly improved, and the body function training group in the run-up one foot touch high index to increase the size of the control group is superior to the traditional strength training.2.After 12 weeks of body function training, the experimental group has a positive role in promoting the functional movement screening of children wushu athletes, especially in the rotation stability, trunk stability push-ups,straight split squat, over block four test indicators, but for the squat index, the two groups of training methods and means of improvement is limited.3.After 12 weeks of training, the experimental group of body function training had significantly better performance in the two test indexes of flying feet and sidesomersault than the traditional strength training group.4.Through physical function training,it can effectively improve the cooperation rate of the adjacent joints of children's Wushu routine athletes, reduce the compensation of athletes in the completion of action, improve the weak links of athletes in sports, and improve the overall performance of athletes in the quality of action.
