Research On"precision Instillation"of Ideological And Political Theory In Colleges

Indoctrination of ideological and political theory is an important practice for college students to carry out ideological and political education for college students.At present,the indoctrination of ideological and political theories in colleges and universities has encountered a practical dilemma,so we need to return our perspective to the indoctrination theory itself,and study how to innovate and develop theoretical indoctrination in the new era.For this,the author proposes a new concept:"precision indoctrination".This article mainly uses methods such as system analysis and literature research.The content is mainly composed of four parts.First,the introduction,the research background and research purpose of the accountant,and a summary of the current research status.Second,the current status and reasons of the indoctrination of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities.Starting with the problems reflected in the current theoretical indoctrination,we summarize the reasons for the current ineffective indoctrination from the five dimensions of the infused person,the instilled object,the infused content,the infused method,and the infused effect evaluation.Third,the meaning and value of "precision inculcating" of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities.In this part,the author first sorted out the emergence and development of indoctrination theory,focusing on the development of indoctrination theory in China.After that,the author explained the meaning of "precision instillation".This part also introduced the value of "precision instillation,of ideological and political theory in the new era from three dimensions:theory,practice and humanities.Fourth,the principle and practical path of the "precision inculcation" of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities.In this part,the author proposes three principles for "precision instillation",namely,the unification of problem awareness and purpose requirements,the combination of theoretical guidance and practical experience,and the guidance of education and the concern of interests.Finally,based on the five elements of the precision infusion system,the author puts forward the practice path of"precision infusion":accurately forming an indoctrination team and improving the professional ability of theoretical infusion;accurately identifying the instillation object,combining all infusion with key infusion;accurately designing infusion,Highlight the classic charm and the characteristics of the times;accurately use the infusion mediator to enhance the artistic charm of theoretical infusion;accurately build a feedback platform to promote the true display of infusion effects.
