The "five-star teaching mode" is a set of common principles based on 11 classic teaching theories such as Herbart's "five-step teaching mode" and Andre's "pedagogical dialogue mode".Teaching is required to meet 3E standards,which means good exploration effect,high efficiency,and large participation.Combining with the curriculum concept of "literacy-based" in China,the "Standards for General Senior High School Chemistry Curriculum(2017 Edition)" clearly states that the core literacy of students in chemistry study should be developed in teaching.It also focuses on the cultivation of essential characters and the key abilities of students after whom take a chemistry course,and training students for comprehensive development.To this end,this research has carried out a study on the implementation of the core literacy of the chemistry subject in the “five-star teaching mode”.The practical study of the “five-star teaching mode” based on the core literacy of chemistry has done the following parts:The first part is the statement of questions.In the current situatio n of classroom teaching,the phenomenon of ineffective teaching effect still exists.“Five-star teaching mode” promotes teaching to achieve 3E standards,which aims to improve the teaching effect.After consulting and collating the literature of the “five-star teaching mode”,it is found that there is still less research in the practice of chemistry teaching.The second and third parts mainly analyze the principles of the “five-star teaching mode”,the pebble-in-the-pond approach to instructional development,and the connotation of the core literacy of the chemistry subject.The “five-star teaching mode” is constructed based on the process model of the chemical teaching design and the pebble-in-the-pond approach to instructional development.The content and role of each link have also been illustrated in these parts.The fourth part is based on the “five-star teaching mode”,combined with teaching practice,summarizes the teaching process of the core literacy of the chemistry discipline contained in the“five-star teaching mode”.In addition,the focus of the core literacy cultivation of some chemistry disciplines contained in the knowledge carrier of each chapter in the "Principles of Chemical Reactions" of the Chinese textbook has been analyzed.The fifth part is the research on teaching practice.Based on the monthly test and pre-teaching test results,two classes with similar levels are set up as a control class and an experimental class.Pre-teaching questionnaires were issued,and the results were used as the basis for academic analysis.According to the teaching progress,the chemical reaction rate and its influencing factors are used as teaching cases.In the experimental class,a “five-star teaching mode” based on the core literacy of the chemistry subject is developed.The control class is implemented using conventional teaching methods.Teaching tests were then conducted in the two classes,and questionnaires were distributed in the experimental classes.The sixth part is the analysis and evaluation of teaching effectiveness.The SPSS 22.0 software was used to analyze the questionnaire's reliability and validity.The Cronbach's α coefficients of the questionnaire results before and after the teaching were 0.868 and 0.818 respectively,which shows good internal consistency.The cumulative validity value of the construct validity of the questionnaire before and after teaching was 70.369% and 76.458% respectively,and the validity is good,which can more accurately reflect the results of the measurement dimension.An independent sample T-test was performed on the average scores before and after the test.The significance level was 0.879 in the 95% confidence interval before teaching means that there was no significant difference between the two classes.The significance level was 0.021 in the 95% confidence interval after teaching means that there was a significant difference between the two classes.The paired sample T-test was performed on the average scores of the pre-teaching and post-teaching test papers.Within 95% confidence interval,the significance level of the control class before and after teaching was 0.057,and there was no significant change.The significance level of the experimental classes before and after teaching was 0.000,which was significant.Analyze and evaluate the teaching effect through questionnaire surveys,interview surveys,academic tests and other aspects.It is found that the “five-star teaching model” based on the core literacy of chemistry disciplines can be used to effective ly promote the learning effect of students to a certain extent.The experimental inquiry under the mode is an effective way to mobilize students 'enthusiasm for learning and cultivate students' ability of rational thinking and hands-on operation,which can meet the requirements of good teaching effect,high efficiency and large participation.The teaching practice can effectively promote the cultivation of the core literacy of students in chemistry,especially in the aspects of "changing ideas and balancing thoughts","scientific inquiry and innovative consciousness","evidence reasoning and model cognition" and so on.
