In today's society which is impacted by the UTILITARIANISM,the emotional communication between individuals is gradually weakened,people's hearts become numb,indifferent and circumscribed,the moral decline has become a trend,and sympathy as the basic moral emotion of human beings,it influences the formation and development of individual moral character,and the compassion education with love as its core is of great significance and value to the sound development of individual moral character and school education and teaching,strengthen the emotional communication between individuals,ease social contradictions and conflicts,and in school education plays an irreplaceable role.Based on the theory of empathy,this paper runs through the process of moral education in schools to cultivate students'habit of empathy and form good moral character,the aim is to train students to become a sound development of the body and mind of the outstanding person.This article mainly uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey and the interview unifies the method,has carried on the system investigation and the research to the elementary school compassion education,mainly divides into the following part:first has carried on the combing and the induction to the compassion education theory,this paper defines the concept category of sympathy education and distinguishes the similar concepts of sympathy,compassion and empathy,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper analyzes the concrete connotation and necessity of sympathy education,and sums up and analyzes the connotation of sympathy education,which includes four aspects:self-love,benevolence,emotional appropriateness and impartial observation,the necessity of sympathy education in maintaining social individual emotion communication,promoting individual moral quality development and social harmony is put forward,the value and significance of compassion in education are analyzed.Then,based on the survey results of practice,it analyzes the current situation of sympathy among primary school students and the ways of guidance in sympathy education in schools,and points out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons,finally,in view of the problems existing in the primary school compassion education,this paper puts forward several countermeasures,mainly through improving the primary school students'compassion ability,to create a good atmosphere in the school environment and to form a cooperative educational effort among all sectors of society to promote the positive and healthy development of students.
