Employee performance management is an important part of the logistics human resource management system,which is of great significance to deepen logistics reform and has an important impact on the implementation and deployment of logistics strategy.However,based on the service scope and work content of logistics in private colleges and universities,the overall quality of its staff is uneven,how to implement effective performance management for the logistic staff with complex posts and personnel structure,how to fully mobilize and develop the staff's initiative and creativity,and how to effectively integrate the performance objectives of logistics departments and individual employees become quite significant.From the overall point of view,it is a difficult problem for the logistics human resources of private colleges and universities to carry out a comprehensive target assessment of employees.Based on the analysis of the current situation of logistics management research in domestic colleges and universities,taking the logistics department staff of Private S University as the research object,using literature research method,interview method,case study method and other methods,and through the field research on the university logistics staff performance management to carry on the full-directional understanding of the development situation,make the research and analysis on the basis of investigation and study.Find out the current logistics staff performance management the main problems,including performance management philosophy behind,management process is not perfect,performance appraisal index setting is unreasonable,performance appraisal methods and the lack of scientific and lack of feedback on the results of the assessment and rational use of such issues.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of the above problems,it is concluded that the main reasons are that appraisers generally do not have personnel professional skills,do not formulate effective performance plans,the main body of performance appraisal is single,lack of Information management platform and the appraisal results do not get systematic feedback and effective use.In the optimization design of the logistics staff performance management in Private S University,the basic idea of the optimization design is the performance target,performance implementation,performance evaluation and performance improvement of PDCA cycle management system,try to find out the targeted solutions,and put forward reasonable suggestions.And in the design of staff performance appraisal indicators,select the property service center officer post and attendance post staff as the research object for case study.Finally,from the organizational system,professional and technical support to guarantee three aspects of Private S University logistics department performance management optimization program put forward the specific implementation of security measures.Considering the particularity and uniqueness of logistics in private colleges,this study has a positive effect on establishing and improving the logistics performance management mechanism of private colleges,and improving the weak links of logistics human resource management.The optimized logistics staff performance management system is conducive to improving the management level of the logistics department of Private S University,enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of its management measures,combining the personal performance objectives with logistics development goals,combining performance management with daily work,achieving the consistency of universities,logistics and staff's goals,and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of Private S University logistics.
