Application of performance management to achieve organizational performance and personal development of a win-win situation,has become an indispensable part of organizational management,organizational development strategy is an integral part.With the gradual advancement of socialization and market-oriented reform,the logistics department of colleges and universities,as a special organization which integrates service guarantee and operation management in universities,urgently needs to set up a scientific and complete performance management system.Based on this,this paper chooses the logistics department of R University as the background case.Based on the system theory of university logistics staff performance management,through the field research and access to the data,the paper summarizes the status quo of the R department logistics staff performance management,The paper analyzes the status quo of staff performance management in logistics department of R university by introducing IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis)analysis method and puts forward the principles and ideas of optimizing design of R department logistics staff performance management system based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis results.Finally,The scorecard focuses on the construction of employee performance appraisal system,and from the other aspects of performance management to start the implementation of recommendations.This research can not only provide a direct reference for R department of logistics department to better implement performance management,but also provide reference for other colleges and universities logistics departments to establish their own actual staff performance management system.
