Study On Efficiency Evaluation Of Learning-focused Educational Company Management,Taking HLJ Company As An Example

Education is associated to the rise and fall of the national movement.The revitalization of education is the responsibility of everyone.The development of youth trusteeship is still in the early stage in China.This industry is full of great potential and vitality.However,with the development of the times,traditional life-care trusteeship cannot meet the increasing needs of parents and students,which could improve their comprehensive competitiveness.Under such a market background,how to evaluate the management efficiency of the educational trusteeship company and judge the effectiveness of the management measures has become an urgent problem in this industry.Firstly,this paper summarized the relevant research of trusteeship institutions comprehensively and systematically.It found that quantitative research is much less than the qualitative research.Secondly,the author was the founding partner and the trusteeship teacher of HLJ company for one-year time.Based on the exploration and practice of the management mode and management mode of this company,the author putted forward the concept of "learning-focused" education trusteeship.The concept compared the characteristics differences between learning concern trusteeship and traditional life care trusteeship.A summary of the current trusteeship situation in Nanchang City was also declared,where the company is located.Next,this paper selected the audition indexes from two aspects of operation level and management quality,and used fuzzy Delphi and TOPSIS to filter the indicators.These methods guaranteed the objective evaluation efficiency of the company's management and the effectiveness of the optimization measures.An evaluation system for the management efficiency of HLJ company has been constructed.The system included 20 indicators in five aspects:economic efficiency,facility completeness,teacher status,service level,and education effect.Then,this paper constructed an evaluation model of management efficiency of learning-focused trust HLJ company,using the method of AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation.At last,the comprehensive evaluation value of management efficiency in the first and second half of 2019 was obtained by the scoring of the evaluation of customer's index.It was found that in the second half of the year,the operation level and management quality have.been improved.The comparative analysis proved that the optimization measures were effective.Suggestions were declared for the optimization path of HLJ company and some other learning-focused trusteeship organizations.
