| With the rapid development of economy and society,people’s life is under great pressure and the pace of work is fast.Many young parents are too busy working to pick up their children after school or to take care of their children’s after-school services and education.The management of pupils after school has become a socialization problem.Most parents,especially dual-income families,have a strong demand for safe and high-quality after-school services.In order to promote the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students,help parents solve their children’s after-school service care and education problems,and further improve the ability of education services,the Ministry of Education has issued the Guiding Opinions on Doing a Good Job in after-school Services for Primary and secondary Schools,which has made clear provisions on this.The forms and guarantees of after-school services have been set forth at the national level.Subsequently,provinces and cities across the country actively explore effective forms of in-school after-school services.As the school after-school service is in the early stage of operation and the complete after-school service system is not yet complete,it is necessary to investigate the implementation of the current after-school service in primary schools,so as to further promote the development of after-school service in schools.In this paper,from the after-school service cognition,after-school service implementation,after-school service subject concern and expectation,after-school service effect evaluation and other aspects of research,analysis of the city’s primary school after-school service management difficulties and reasons,and based on relevant theories put forward optimization strategies.The survey results show that the opening of after-school services in primary schools has solved the problem that many families do not pick up students on time,but it is still in a preliminary stage.There are still many problems in the actual work.For example,teachers and parents,as participants of after-school services,do not have enough understanding of after-school services,and the government does not provide adequate financial support for after-school services.The most important thing is that the after-school services are currently managed and participated by full-time teachers,and the number of students does not match the number of students.In addition,some schools have limited hardware facilities and space,but they do not cooperate with the third party with rich resources outside the school,and there are no clear management solutions for some problems in the implementation of after-school services.In summary,from the aspects of collaborative governance theory and students’ core literacy theory,the optimization measures of after-school services in primary schools are proposed in terms of the implementation and management of after-school services,resource integration and the establishment of teachers’ teams.Standardize the management system,guarantee after-school service funds,improve the implementation process,and explore diversified after-school service models.It is expected to further improve after-school services,improve the quality of after-school services,and promote the development of after-school services to a high quality,sustainable and standardized direction. |
