Researchon The Spatial-temporal Coupling Relationship Between Urban Vitality And Labor Force Structure

China's urbanization construction has made great achievements in more than 40 years of reform,but with the continuous problems,the urban development is unbalanced,the urban development is based on the land,the urban space expands disorderly,the urban opening is not inclusive,the phenomenon of empty city and ghost city is frequent,at the same time,China's labor structure is quietly changing,the urban labor market appears low-end labor force“ It is difficult to recruit workers "and high-end labor force" to obtain employment ".In urban population policy,it is also difficult to eliminate low-end population and vigorously introduce high-quality labor force.The quality of urbanization and the level of labor force structure promote and influence each other,and the outstanding performance of urbanization quality is the level of urban vitality.Therefore,in the construction of new urbanization in China,it is particularly important to study how to improve the level of urban vitality and urban labor force structure.Firstly,this paper defines the related concepts of urban vitality and labor structure,and combs and learns the research progress of urban vitality,labor structure and coupling coordination methods.Secondly,the basic situation of urban development of Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chongqing and the changes of labor force structure of the four cities are combed and compared.On this basis,the evaluation index system of urban vitality and the evaluation index of labor force structure are established,and the empirical results show that the urban vitality of Beijing is far greater than that of Shanghai,Guangzhou and Chongqing,and the urban vitality of Chongqing is relatively low.In order to determine the coupling and coordination relationship between urban vitality and labor force structure,the coupling and coordination analysis is conducted on the data obtained from the previous empirical study.It is found that Beijing is generally in the stage of well coordinated urban vitality lag,Guangzhou and Shanghai are basically in the stage of general coordinated urban vitality lag,Chongqing is in the stage of slightly unbalanced urban vitality lag.In order to explore the relationship between the four dimensions of labor force structure and urban vitality,the level of labor force industrial structure,labor force quality structure,labor age structure and labor gender structure are coupled and coordinated with the comprehensive score of urban vitality.On the whole,the coupling degree of age structure,gender structure and urban vitality of the labor force is better,andthe overall coordination of industrial structure and quality structure of the labor force is lower.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized.On the basis of the conclusion,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of urban economic construction,cultural construction,environmental construction and labor policy,and the shortcomings of this paper are summarized.
