With the development of computer technology,the Internet has become an important part of people's life,study and work,playing an important role in the field of education,especially in higher education.As a digital native,today's college students 'use of the Internet for learning and entertainment is not uncommon.Especially during the outbreak of new coronavirus at home in early 2020,the Ministry of Education clearly issued a document stipulating that online teaching of college students should be done well.The Virtual information network brings great convenience to college students,at the same time,it reflects a series of improper language and behaviors generated by college student users when using the information network.The phenomenon of "network truancy" that only logging in account information without seeing students often occurs.And the discriminative ability of the information source and the difficulty in confirming the accuracy of the information itself have caused the uncivilized etiq uette performance of casual verbal abuse and rumors,they face many information etiquette problems.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the information etiquette problems of college students,to face the irregular behaviors of college students in the network,and to find solutions from all parties.This paper takes the rooted theory as the research method and the college student information etiquette as the research perspective,through the interview method to obtain many influencing factors of college student infor mation etiquette,which mainly includes five core factors,eleven main categories,thirty-six conceptual categories,then clarify the connotation characteristics of each factor,interrelate and give the optimization strategy of college students information behavior,in order to contribute to improving the information etiquette of college students.The paper mainly includes six parts,the contents are as follows: The first part mainly explains the research background,research significance and research status,then summarizes the research status of information etiquette.The second part clarifies the relevant concepts,lays the foundation for the theoretical basis and makes theoretical guidance for the following research.The third part analyzes several influencing factors of college students' information etiquette.It mainly includes interviews and the core process of three-level coding.The fourth part analyzes the single influencing factors and the connotation characteristics between the influencing factors.From the data,objectively and truly reflect the proportion of influencing factors of college students' information etiquette,thus pointing the way for further research.The fifth part proposes count ermeasures to standardize the information etiquette behavior of college students.The sixth part mainly includes research conclusions,research deficiencies and research prospects.
