China has a special tradition of respecting etiquette and ethics since ancient times.Etiquette not only can show the degree of civilization of a country, more importantly,it can promote the harmonious development of society. As an important part in the student body of middle school students groups, their etiquette training directly affect the overall quality of students, further, influence the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. At present, the uncivilized and unfaithful behavior of some middle school students should arouse our great concern.For this purpose, this study conducts the research, combined the use of documents, interviews, questionnaires, observation and other research methods. The investigation and analysis has been carried on group etiquette culture development level and its etiquette accomplishment education situation among middle school students to explore the problems that exist in the middle school etiquette education and its influencing factors; For the improvement and development of middle school students' etiquette education, it provides some strategies and approaches for reference.Questionnaire of students shows that students in the students' self evaluation, students etiquette literacy development are the overall level of average in Zhaoqing D Middle School. But by actual observation and interview investigation, this study found that students on etiquette literacy development in fact there are some problems can not be ignored. Mainly including the following factors: relatively low awareness of the etiquette, the poverty of relevant knowledge; badness of daily manners; In terms of complying with the most basic norms of civilized etiquette, there is the phenomenon of separation of knowledge and action. Besides, students lack of school etiquette education, etc.The survey revealed the cause analysis which influence the etiquette education of middle school students. Middle school students' etiquette education, it is not a simple question, its influencing factors is also diversified. There are also students' own factors, family education factors, social factors, also have the school etiquetteeducation dislocation and factors such as poor guidance teacher, at the same time, in the society of the impact of the cultural ideological trend of all kinds of bad, are all middle school students' poor etiquette literacy development and the influence factors of education failure and so on many issues.Finally, the study offered some countermeasures and suggestions for middle school students' etiquette education to strengthen. Aimed at the high school students etiquette literacy development present situation investigation and the result of the etiquette education development status and the influencing factors, and improvement strategies are discussed. In this paper, the author thinks that in the middle school students' etiquette education related, must by the family, society, schools and network to undertake to the student's etiquette education.
