408 employees were investigated with family rearing styles scale, social support scale, interpersonal relationships scale and network shopping addiction scale online?This research's Statistical analysis were by SPSS. The conclusion is as follows:1.There's a difference in different demographic variable of the network shopping addiction.2.There's a negative correlation between care- encourage and network shopping addiction; there's a positive correlation between control and network shopping addiction.3.Interpersonal relationships have a completely mediating effect on the relationship between the care and encourage and the network shopping addiction.4.Interpersonal relationships have a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the control and the network shopping addiction.5.Social support and interpersonal relationships have a chain mediating effect on the relationship between the care and encourage and the network shopping addiction.According to the result, we advise that for the employee, improve the level of social support and the interpersonal relationships will be helpful to reducing the tend of network shopping addiction. And for the children, more care and encourage, less control will be good for reducing the tend of network shopping addiction.
